TC new contract was *worse* than those offered to the other crown jewels. It is not a secret that the longest contracts are offered to the best prospects. And if he really wanted out then he could have done a Middleton.

As for Cantwell's view of himself, that is across all pro footballers. IMO you cannot succeed in football if you are riddled with self-doubt.
