I would be sad to see Todd leave BUT

If you said to me that we have to sell one more of the 5 young players we always knew would attract bids then Todd would be the one I would choose. I think he's the one we would miss the least and for whom we have other players who can step in without the team being impacted too badly, indeed if Placheta improves as he could do then potentially it would make us a more potent attacking force than with Todd in the side.

However, sadly i think we all know its unlikely that we will just sell one more as I can;t see Aarons still being at the club. Losing Lewis, Cantwell and Aarons would be disappointing but just about ok. Losing Buendia as well as those three would be very, very disappointing and to my mind show that the club is not that serious about getting back to the premier league.

Of couse the way to have avoided all this would have been to actually stay in the premier league and then build a top flightvside around these talented players rather than have to re-build and start again every 2 or 3 years,
