I should have probably added a '?' after the '!' in the initial tweet. Aarons has agreed personal terms with Barça. He wants the move. Original offer last week was loan w/ option to buy. Norwich said no. They want £20m+£10m but would accept less. Dest 1st choice but unlikely now.
If it's been diluted then it suggests it's not happening, maybe?
