Yep.

There's a really good article (probably MJB for The Athletic) that explains why Webber and Farke work or more importantly the Sporting Director and Coach role... In that it allows an emotional break from the business and the football. Farke can still have a connection with a player and get him motivated while Webber has his agent spitting feathers.
