The new rules will have to change the club's plans for getting fans back to carrow road
the club were allowing social bubbles of up to 24, but with the government restrictions reducing to 6 only then that is going to force clubs to react.
Also with these restrictions coming in on the 14th then I dont see them going away by the 19th.
