Prothers...I used to buy a newspaper once a day...and for half an hour would slag the s**t out of it...and anything I disagreed with in it.....so I stopped...
And found I wasn’t only saving the price of the paper,but was calmer for at least half an hour!...it doesn’t do me well to see,hear the worlds news at the moment,too many probs of my own...and sometimes you have to blank s**t from the past you can’t change,for the good of now,and you and yours.watch some seventies footy on YouTube..franny lee swinging haymakers is a good start!😁...and might divert your attention for an hour or two.otbc.
