I must admit

I'm getting just a little bit, no, very excited and optimistic about the season ahead.

I like what's going on with signings and on the face of it, it doesn't look like too many of our 'big' names are heading off. Certainly not the massive disruptive clear out we might've feared.
Nothing will give me a bigger metaphorical semi than Krul and Teemu being on the starting sheet on opening day. Especially Tim. I f**king love that guy, and I think his influence on and off the pitch is massive.
The one niggle is Covid and crowds. In the promotion season the interaction between crowd and players played a huge part and neither ever gave up. Forest, Millwall, etc. We're losing? Hold my beer......

Of course, I've just ensured everyone leaves, the new signings don't gel and we finish bottom half......
