What can we gather from the open training session.
IMHO it looks like Klose is staying for one more season.
So we may not need another CB unless Ben G goes.
We have 4 dedicated CBs and 3 or 4 other players who can fill in.
Drmic is done-ski
With Morris going out on loan we have just two strikers.
Getting in another striker is the current number one priority.
I worry we get a late offer for Pukki and are really scrambling.
Even if we lost 4-5 players from the squad we still have decent cover in most positions.
IMHO it looks like we are preparing for life after Lewis and Aarons.... maybe a more solid back 4/5 with the fullbacks not getting beat in the air as much.
The type of team that stands a better chance of staying up if we get promoted again.
Overall things are looking pretty good apart from the striker position.
The talk is Jordon Hugill might be coming in.... is he the third striker or is he a replacement for Pukki?
I guess we shall see?
