If you sack the manager because both the players and the manager are underperforming (as they are at present). There is a good chance that a new manager with fresh ideas will get the previously underperformning players to play well.
The other alternative is to sell all the players and buy new ones (Which we pretty much have and it hasnt worked!) and keep the manager and hope that it wasnt down to him that the other players were underperforming in the first place.
As we have pretty much tries option 2, dont yu think its time for option 1?
