I know it’s a stale stereotype, but modern football is like everything else in this world. A hollowed our shell of what it was pretending to be full of history so the a relatively small number of people can gorge with their snouts in the tough.

I still care a lot about my club. But I care very little about any other aspect of it. Couldn’t give a f**k who wins the Champs league. Didn’t watch the cup final and haven’t done for years.

To be honest, can’t wait for the super league to form so all the mega clubs can f**k off, and maybe the rest of us can get back to a proper competitive league.
