wearing his lederhosen and a trilby with a German flag sticking out the top and told everyone, first in English then in German (just like an aircraft crew when they depart the UK, English comes first). Then he made them all promise NOT to tell a sole except a few very special people who sit in their bedrooms and tell everyone else via their message boards whilst tapping their noses. Its well known in football where its affectionately known as "Talking Bollocks".
