Same. I like the concept. Servant leadership, facilitator, enabler etc. Wondered what
people with experience think about it.
I like iterative processes, and I know it comes from IT product development traditionally as that’s how tech companies grow and scale up so rapidly.
I like the common sense aspect without too much rigidity, more of a basic structural framework to work within and make the best of the situation as it evolves :)
