I’m no expert but I reckon when it comes to scouting and buying players for

our club and it’s pretty specific requirements, there are 2 possibilities:

1. Players who have already shown they can play the way we need them to play and to a good enough standard

2. Players who have shown their quality but who can be coached to play our way (these may take longer to establish themselves in the first team, or may never- e.g Marshall, raggett)
