Yeah.
For 360 degree feedback you're best just asking for three things the person does well and one area for development.
Ask them to request it from, at least, their manager, three peers and three people who work for them.
A good free myers briggs online resource is 16personalities.

Its a decent starting point for discussions - even better get them to fill it out for themselves and then ask them to get someone they know and trust to answer it for them.
Myers briggs only tells you how you feel about yourself, but if a trusted other fills it in for you, you can find out how you seem to others.
