I worry about next season

How the f**k is Farke going to motivate this lot to be competitive next season?
They’ve developed a terrible losing habit/mentality.
It is going to take a Herculean job to turn this around, as good a job as Farke has done with the promotion is he still the man for the job?
Personally no longer sure.
