I think it's important to churn around 15-30% of the squad each year, to keep things fresh.

We'll need to bring some new guys through and recruit well (more younguns and also some mid twenty somethings who have gone awry and need a platform to show what they can do).

I'd say Farke and Webber are well placed to do this.

I also think they're both hard nosed enough to not be sentimental if they don't think the squad or the manager is up to it.
