I wish someone would explain to me the following. When Webber

says they didn't have the money to spend on upgrading talent, are they not allowed to borrow against future income? 100 million from the TV rights, two years of parachute which has to be around 75 million, and 70-100 million worth of player assets. Isn't that enough to front you a bank loan of maybe 20 million? I honestly don't get it when people say the money isn't there.
