The model we're following is adaptable to either of these divisions.
We buy young, cheap promise, develop them, give them a chance, then sell.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
If we're successful we can retain more of them, if we get relegated we get a wodge of cash and can bolster with more young cheap promise dotted around with mid to late 20-somethings who used to have promise and now, potentially are happy to have another shot.
It's an approach that at least should be interesting.
