having failed to come up the season before - if we'd gone up that season I think things would have gone differently for us.

As it was we had to cut our cloth and we missed out on some targets at the back and we've had dreadful luck with injuries.

We will start next term in the Champs stronger than we started last season in the Champs and with more spending power to help us get out of the Champs.

I do agree with Meca that the focus of summer recruitment must be getting back out of the Champs again. We must also continue the "promising youth" strategy (which I think is going very well). If we do come straight back then we will be stronger when we do than we were at the start of this season.
