From the way this article is worded, the Hong Kong based former owners possibly engineered a sale to get the club off their hands (did this include putting up the money for the new buyer to purchase and cover debts??)
Overall very odd, and it begs the questions why did they buy a loss making undersupported lower league club? And why yet again have the Football League signed off a completely unsuitable owner??
