I haven't heard anything at work and just checked the DR (Danish equivalent of BBC) site and don't see any news about him. I'll certainly ask tomorrow.

Certainly he would have to pay us to buy out his contract and then he would be a free agent.

Wages are really low in the Danish league - a few thousand at the very most. And, while Brondby will be qualifying for the CL qualifiers (unless they make a monumental screw up in the last 3 games), they're unlikely to get very far - even if they get into the UEFA. And given that the Danish league is for the most part lower-mid fizzy standard, I can't really see it being a good move for him from the international career perspective (& I think his days (and Olsens) are numbered if Denmark fail to qualify for WC2006 - a likely scenario). The only reason would be to return to Denmark for an easy season or two in the Danish league, which no doubt has it's attractions for an aging defender.
