Hanley = leader
For all his failings it’s clear he is a leader on the pitch and the defence looks more organised when he’s in it.
Losing him for the run in was a big blow. Klose not a leader in the same way. Tettey is a vital part of the team and we look better with him in it, but he’s not a barracking, shouting at the lads kind of leader
