games that are not free on TV will encourage people to meet ?

I wonder how may people who don't have sky/amazon/BT will meet up at a friends house who has the game on to watch the games that are not free ?

we have recently seen many people across the country ignoring separation rules on beaches/parks and in demonstrations so I just wonder how many will simply, ignore the rules ?
