Tips are make sure you do the cleaning cycle and if in hard water area use a descaler other than that it's great. The little jug for frothy milk gives agreat cappuccino. You can buy cleaning stuff on Amazon much cheaper than sage and once your filters run out in a year you can get the US brevile carbon filter equivalent which is much cheaper and less plastic and its compatible
