People defending Cummings
Do you think all the Tory MPs publically saying he should resign are showing anti-Tory bias?
Or is it the case that literally anything Cummings does is OK, because he's Cummings?
Genuinely confused. He so obviously had better options according to his own story, like getting his sister to pick the kids up. Not remotely about politics. Simply a case of, if you set the rules, you need to obey the rules you yourself set. As an awful lot of Tory MPs are saying, let alone Conservative sites like ConservativeHome (whose owner is saying he now regrets backing BoJo given his performance this afternoon).
It's so very clearly simply not a party political issue. It's about one guy, who did wrong, and needs to go.
