Anyone not had their Manure cup refund?
I hadn’t but some friends had, with credits hitting their bank accounts over the last couple of days.Do not bother calling up. So I filled in the request form on the website, got a call back within minutes from the office (or a home office) the helpful chap Stephen Graham (I presume not the one from This Is England) on his mobile and He processed the refund immediately.
Excellent service.
