I've had loads of them
And I would recommend them over PCs or Macs for everything except the most serious of photo or video editing.
They're getting better, are so much cheaper, they're quicker than most PCs and more secure by far.
Keep an eye on HotUKDeals, wait for a relevant discount code and get one off eBay. My last one cost me £190 (for a £349 RRP device) and it's great.
