Think the effort being put into finding a vaccine

Is significantly greater than for previous coronaviruses or common cold because this one is so disruptive. And the Oxford one seems promising so far. May not happen of course but think it's on a completely different scale to previous vaccine efforts. US and China treating it like a new arms race/space.
