subject to EFL/FA ratification.
Which appears to basically be that leaked fallback position that came out a couple of weeks ago.
Will be interesting to see what the championship decide as their fall back if they cannot continue.
You simply can't have a situation where all the different leagues have different proposed fallbacks.
