It is but in relaity if you are looking at teams with a genuinely credible threat of legal
action (and all may fail) I would say its clubs relegated who would have the best claim in terms of establishing how they have been harmed.
If you are 9th in the championship then the best you can argue is you had a bit of a chance of a 1 in 4 chance of getting to the premier league.
