I didn’t find it
confusing. In fact I thought it was a good speech delivered in an engaging and sincere manner. I felt it was as clear as it reasonably could be, considering it relies on the intelligence and understanding of the public to stay alert to the dangers in order to minimise the risk of transmission. But then again I’m not a hate-filled leftist who’d find fault with him regardless of what he said.
