Clubs that seemingly block it restarting
to avoid relegation and then cost the other clubs (especially top 6) a load of money will be rather unpopular to put it mildly. Keep quiet and let it fall apart naturally is probably better as most likely it won't be allowed to restart in time anyway unless they right off next season or delay it. But uefa doesn't seem keen on that.
