If Project Re-start gets rejected then i guess the choices become

1. Wait until later in the year to complete the season; or

2. Cancel the rest of the season now. Under this option no relegation becomes a possibility due to the legalities of relegating clubs on the basis of an incomplete season; or

3. Revise Project re-start to get it through - this would presumably involve some kind of delay and then clubs having "home" games in their own stadiums behind closed doors OR possibly the play on neutral grounds but no relegation scenario although I think that's unlikely if they play.
