Is this poor form still part of the Malky malaise?
Would we be performing inconsistently if we still had Malky at the back, berating the players to perform?
Since Malky left we haven?t had a real leader on the pitch. Not a moaner like Flem can be, but someone who rolls his sleeves up, leads by example, gets stuck in and woe betide anyone who doesn?t follow suit.
