I think the 23 team league is the best solution i've seen so far

in terms of p**sing off/damaging the least number of clubs.

Just have extra teams in the prem for 2-3 years. Relegate 4 a season until its back to normal.

Sky get extra games to cover as well to offset the games they've missed this season.

Liverpool get the title.

It seems the solution that causes the least damage. Obviously all prem clubs have to take a bit of a hit as the TV monies will be divided by more clubs but not a huge sum in the grand scheme of things.

Under no circumstances should we accept being relegated and replaced by championship teams if the champ cannot complete its season.
