Solid, Chris Coleman type manager, takes no crap off anyone, gets the best out of what he has, and keeps his feet on the ground at all times
That was the only good thing about Friday, seeing a genuine young manager breathing confidence into a side that was on very low morale going into that game
Was good to see the fans chanting his name despite them not scoring in the last five matches too
