Hope it sorts itself. I know what it's like. Have it occasionally myself and it can be awful. A nerve rubbing on a disc (seen the X Rays). Luckily it moves away of it's own accord within hours or days - if I'm lucky - or weeks if I'm not. Never know how long it will last. I keep a supply of strong painkillers.
