Expert summarisers précis each minutes' action on whiteboard-style pads strapped to the back of specially trained poomers who run outside and deliver notes on the action to teams of thespians furloughed from the Maddermarket who then re-enact the game in live right there in Mozzers Car Park, with maybe 90-120s delay - no worse than you get on many streams and without the dodgy popups offering one weird old trick to lose 50lbs/day while sat on your arse drinking beer and eating chips constantly. And replays on critical incidents can be done by the actors as well.

Some of the diving would probably be less spectacular than happens in real life because actors sometimes worry about going too far over the top, mind.
