past seems to tell us that if you play with one foot still in the fizzy and go for "damage limitation", you're f**ked. Everyone keeps going on about the secret formula to a good run in the Premiership being pace. Wigan have it and West Ham have it.
We had it in Gary Holt, particularly during his undroppable period where "three lungs" became "no lungs". Worthy didn't mind though, I mean he looked lovely parading his yellow outfit in the centre circle, didn't he!
