Total death rate 0.06% of population? Really?

Italy population - 60 Million so if no intervention at all the total deaths would be 0.06% of 60 million = 36K? Current deaths 20K despite still being in full lockdown and death rate increasing 5K per day.

Spain would end up with 28K deaths. Currently on 17K +3K per day.

I have seen figures of overall untreated CFR in the range 0.5-2.0% which makes a lot more sense to me.

For the UK that would be 300K-12Million dead if we were just to let everyone get infected. With full lockdown we could hopefully get this to below 20-25K.
