Future Plans

Now that the season is over for us in everything but name, it is time for the Board to sit down and assess their expectations for next season.

They need to have a few milestones in place like reviewing Worthy's position at the end of October based on our league position. My view is that if we are not in a comfortable top six position by the beginning of November then it is timne to go.

He also needs to be more active in the summer transfer market. He needs to have most/all of his signings in place by the time the players report fro pre-season. He has a habit of being very lacks during the summer which has resulted in him failing to bring in the players he needs by the time the window closes. This is why we have had to put up with a raft of expensive loan signings.
