Norfolk coast historical sea defences question
You know that old wooden timbers separating the beaches on most Norfolk beaches, right? The wooden breakwater things. How old do you reckon they are? 50's or 40's? Newer? How were they put in? Massive trench excavated then built, or a load of holes dug out or bored then the timbers all bolted up?
I'm no surveyor but I reckon that'll cost a few quid to renew them.
