And the number of people ill, things won't get publically better for another couple of weeks. As we (hopefully) ramp up testing the numbers of milder cases registering will rise too.
Hopefully the numbers of people being admitted to hospital will start to ease. And that will slowly filter through into the reported numbers.
Which is why it really would pay not to get too sucked into watching the numbers...
But hey, we're all doing it.
