I haven't had time to check out many of the things people suggested yet myself, but I have passed this and other suggestions on to my folks.
Obviously it's hard for older people to admit things like needing a hand, or even just changing the habits of a lifetime by ordering food and basics. Fuck, even I've rarely used online supermarkets, so I'm sure it's a hard leap for people who aren't entirely familiar with the interweb.

Many of them are probably taking unnecessary risks as a consequence, so this could end up saving their lives, so many thanks.
