Huddersfield - granted this was a failure but he was promised a transfer kitty of 9 million, finished 8th place

Wigan - playoff final, Poached by Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace - great start but very quickly poached by Birmingham City.

Birmingham City - promotion through playoff in 2002, finished 13th, 12th and 10th in the Premier League

I don't see much failure in there...not barrowloads of success but a good solid Manager with a huge upside.
