When Sala was killed it was a huge tragedy.
Didnt take long to develop into lawsuits once the memories faded.

I could see aggrieved teams actually stopping the season starting. Just a total cluster f**k.
As already mentioned you could play out this season have a decent break and still complete next season by starting in October or November by cutting out all the cup s**t (Lg cup and FA cup replays) and
stupid international breaks.
I also have another radical idea.
Teams who are in this seasons FA cup quarters get an automatic bye to next seasons quarters round so we don't have to play them this season.
