I gave up on Worthy when he got rid of Malky - that's when he lost the dressing room & things started to go wrong (in case you forgot). The board still have faith in him (which I believe they haven't really at all, but he has somehow got them by the short & curlys), & I respect that right to a degree. BUT, that doesn't mean that I can't personally wish he would do one, because I do. The board have bailed the club out of a pile of manure in times gone by, that is why I will stand by them for a little bit longer.
