Went for a run earlier this afternoon.
Was hanging a bit after 5 miles and rounded the corner straight into some old boy walking his westie. Must have looked a site cause I was wheezing like a good un. Just want to say 'sorry mate if I startled you and your hound'! Next time I'll keep off the path.
