A lot of people were starting to work from home from the early part of last week, plus events were being cancelled and a lot of over 70s were already starting to keep a low profile etc so "could" be seeing an effect but yes too early for any definitive conclusions.

Vallance just said that the number of people being admitted to hospital is going up about the same amount each day rather than increasing exponentially.
