the idea is

Green makes save, passes to fleming who dribbles ball forward, then makes a diagonal pass to Hughes who take the ball forward riding challenges then sees Safre in space so a simple pass to Safri who quickly turns and seeing Johannson and Earnshaw ahead springs a beautiful pass forward over the defence which earnshaw runs onto and then slides the ball past the advancing keeper.
